1. Advertise

We advertise in leading English and regional language Newspapers all over the India for the required position when we receive a request from one of our clients.

2. Selection

Our technical recruitment managers conduct personal interviews and categorize candidates into skilled and semi-skilled as per their specialization for trade test.

3. Filtering

Screening, assessment & short listing of candidates for final interview is carried out by our managers and grade them as per skills, knowledge & adaptability to work place.

4. Assessment of competencies

Our specialized consultants scrutinize applicant’s abilities during personal interview. Later, assessment & antecedence of candidate are verified from previous employers.

5. Skill & Aptitude Assessment

As a part of interviewing technique our technical manager interviews the applicants and assess the knowledge of the candidate in the respective areas he has applied for.

6. Technical Skill Test

Candidate is sent to Global Technical Test Centre where our technical managers estimate the skill and aptitude assessment of the same candidate practically.

7. Behavioral Interview

At Vanitha Global Placements, organization behavioural interviews are an essential part of the Screening process to ascertain the individual’s ability to work in a group.

8. Orientation

The candidates are given brief orientation about the Company, Project site and the country of placement before their departure from India.

9. Departure

Selected candidates receive confidential documents, also receive instructions from us and we inform the arrival details of the candidate to the client officially.
